Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Officer will support the promotion and visibility of Igeno Gate Rwanda programs and services while helping increase training registrations, client engagement, and organizational outreach.
The selected candidate will work closely with management to support:
- Digital communication
- Sales follow-up
- Applicant engagement
- Outreach campaigns
- Marketing coordination
This role is ideal for a motivated, disciplined, and growth-oriented individual passionate about communication, marketing, healthcare impact, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Follow up prospective trainees and service inquiries
- Convert inquiries into confirmed registrations and clients
- Support enrollment and promotional campaigns
- Build referral and partnership opportunities
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Promote Igeno Gate programs and services through digital platforms
- Support awareness and marketing campaigns
- Manage WhatsApp and social media inquiries
- Assist in organizational visibility and outreach activities
Community & Client Engagement
- Build positive relationships with applicants and clients
- Promote professionalism and trust in communication
- Support awareness regarding caregiving services and training opportunities
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain inquiry and follow-up records
- Submit regular outreach and marketing updates
- Track conversion and registration progress
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Advanced Level Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Communication
- Public Relations
- Healthcare-related field
- Or related disciplines
Required Skills & Competencies

Growth-Based Compensation Model
