Igeno Gate Rwanda Ltd is growing and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and caring people to join our pool of caregivers!
Whether you are a trained health professional (nurse, aide, social worker) or simply someone with a heart for helping others, we would love to hear from you.
We are a new care service company in Rwanda, currently building our caregiver network while launching full client operations. This is a great opportunity to become part of our foundation team and grow with us!
Who we’re looking for:
- People passionate about caring for the elderly, sick, or children
- Individuals who can assist with daily living activities (cleaning, meals, companionship, etc.)
- Professionals with health or social care backgrounds (optional, not required)
- Honest, patient, and respectful personalities
- Physical fit to support others as needed
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Work closely with families and our care team to meet each client’s needs
- Accompanying the client to various appointments (to the hospital and other places),
- Caring for patients and advocating for them with other caregivers such as doctors, etc.
Working Area:
Caregivers will serve clients within Kigali City and across the Rwandan country, depending on client location and service needs.
Working Hours / Shifts:
- 🕒 Work may be scheduled in the morning, daytime, or night shifts, depending on the client’s requirements.
- 👩Some caregivers may work standard hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), while others may work rotating or full-time shifts (day/night) based on care arrangements.
