The lack of family member time to assist their relatives while at the hospital setting become a
great challenges to the most families.
SERVICE AREA AND DESCRIPTION
Companion Services:
Provide companionship, Monitor client Safety, discussions, encouragement, reassurance, and redirection as needed as well as daily supervision.
Personal Care Services:
- Activities of daily living/ADL: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Mouth Care, Toileting, Transferring bed/chair, Walking, Climbing stairs, Eating
- Instrumental of daily living/IADL: Using the phone and looking up numbers, managing finance if applicable, manage the administrative papers and operations
Advocacy:
- To the treating team (doctors, Nurses,….) plans for effectiveness and efficiency
- Assist the customer to fulfil the orders from the treating team (Physicians, Nurses, Nutritionists, etc…)
- Ensure the empowerment of family patients relationship,
