Health Assessment: Our Registered nurse are visiting the customers home for different reason as well as Initial assessment, Follow up assessment and also for any other reason needing professional health assistance.

Medication assistance: Our nurses also are available at the customer’s home to assist, educate, supervise and assess the medication management by customer to minimize possible errors

NCDs Screening: Here our Registered Nurse get at customer’s home for just screening some NCDs as well as Blood pressure, Weight/BMI, and Blood glucose for prevention, early getting care and minimize possible complications.

Sample Collection: With our registered nurse the different samples are collected from home to the diagnostic laboratory.
