Our health professional provide the major role between patients and hospital staff, also patients
with family and relatives
SERVICE AREA AND DESCRIPTION
Companion Services:
Provide companionship, Monitor client Safety, discussions, encouragement, reassurance, and redirection as needed as well as daily supervision.
Advocacy:
1. To the treating team (doctors, Nurses,….) plans for effectiveness
and efficiency
2. Assist the customer to fulfil the orders from the treating team
(Physicians, Nurses, Nutritionists, etc…)
3. Ensure the empowerment of family patients relationship,
Personal Care Services:
1. Activities of daily living/ADL: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming,
Mouth Care, Toileting, Transferring bed/chair, Walking, Climbing
stairs, Eating.
2. Instrumental of daily living/IADL: Using the phone and looking up
numbers, managing finance if applicable, manage the
administrative papers and operations.
